• ReceiveSMS
  
  This method will be invoked when a message is sent to your keyword. You must implement this method. The message parameter is encoded to base 64.
• Test
  
  This method will be called if RacoWireless experiences an outage with your service. You must implement this method. If we receive the "ACCEPTED" response then we will re-enable the gateway.
